Four Zombie Haiku

Denny E. Marshall

ran fast through the field
stop and rest, have an hour
‘til zombies catch up

wandering zombies
numbers recently increased
now using cell phones

group across the street
not engaged in robot dance
zombies head your way

while you slept last night
most of the city transformed
changed into zombies
