Ouija

By Ramona Thompson ( 2016)

One seeks to reach out to those beyond this earthly veil
Until you answer me I shall know no peace
Just call or ghostly text and I will know you are there
Allow me to see as the undead do

One-night-only-haunted offer
Under my skin crawls the ache for proof
Justice I can grant for those wronged
All who are in spirit form come to me here tonight

Once you were living and free
Underworld now has you trapped
Just dying to again roam
Ask and, if it is in my power, your wish shall be granted

Once more I beg of you to make your presence here known
Useless to hide and deny me
Juices of lost souls leak out your essence in answer
Alive again if only for a brief time

And so, until we meet again.....

GOODBYE
