WAT YOU WANT

by Joe Balaz

Wheah da seabird flies

is wheah you should glide.

Ripples on da expansive ocean

far below

are thin blue lines

of superficial constancy.

Beneath da surface of da watah

and evah higher in da sky

wats usually waiting deah

is da true

and deepah flow of tings.

Extreme levels are bevels

to gradually slant reality

into your recognition

and assessment of it.

Bettah to soar above it all

raddah den to drown

in da depths.

Deah is so much

to take in and look at

dat can add moa lift

to your wings.

No settle

foa lesser altitudes.

It comes down

to wat you want

and not wat

you can easily get.
