Murderous Words
Kenneth Vincent Walker
Sometimes words
are
Said that never
should
Have been said and
we
Must then deal
with the
Consequences of
words
Having gone to our
head.
Words spoken or
read are
Of the living
undead. They
Can never ever be
unsaid
Or unheard;
hurtful words,
Not physically,
yet verbally
Bludgeon their
victims to
Death
indiscriminately in
One cold moment,
in a cold
Breath, by
cold-blooded
Killers,
murderers, lacking
In depth and in
empathy;
Regrettably standing
firmly
Erect, lording
over their
Subjects in
retrospect, ones
They’ve tragically
bled in
Disrespect and
contempt;
Unfiltered and
unprovoked
Subconsciously
awakening
Words
thoughtlessly said.
