Have an unblessed day, a secular day

a day without the comfort of religion-

when you die you’ll no longer be-

it’s easy to be good without God-

blueberry sweet day filled with sensuality

when something happens, good or bad

it isn’t God’s will, have a day with no illusions

no praising or cursing God, the little boy

throws down his crutches and walks

a prayer isn’t answered, the little girl

ill with cancer is suddenly cured

it’s not a miracle, have a peaceful day

with no mass shootings, no car plowing

into bystanders, no arsonists starting fires

no fear of God and world leaders, no priest

minister, rabbi saying X loved God

and God Loves X, when it’s a bad day

it’s not because of God, have a good day
